Clinically guided healing immersions that create the conditions for lasting change.

Healing begins with the courage to look within.

When you've tried to push through, make sense of it, or carry it alone, it can be hard to know what comes next. Our weekend healing immersion offers a thoughtfully guided experience that combines ketamine-assisted therapy, somatic practices, breathwork, and acupuncture-inspired energy practices to support meaningful healing in a safe, compassionate environment.

Thoughtfully designed for those seeking something deeper.

Looking inward can feel vulnerable. You may wonder what you'll find, or whether you're ready to face the parts of yourself that have been carrying pain for so long. The beautiful thing is that you don't have to do it alone. We'll walk alongside you, creating a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment. You don't need to have it all figured out. You simply need to be willing to take the first step.

When the nervous system softens, new possibilities emerge.

It's hard to heal when your mind and body have been working overtime just to get through each day. When we begin to slow down, take a full breath, and feel a little more supported, something starts to shift. We become more open - to ourselves, to new perspectives, and to the possibility that healing doesn't have to feel like such a struggle.

Discover what's possible when healing is approached differently.

Healing isn't just something that happens in the mind.Sometimes our bodies have been holding onto stress, grief, fear, or old patterns long after we've understood them intellectually. This experience gently weaves together psychotherapy, somatic practices, breathwork, acupuncture-inspired rituals, and ketamine-assisted therapy to support healing as a whole person. Each part of the weekend is intentionally designed to help you feel more present, more connected, and more open to whatever is ready to unfold.

Your healing journey begins before retreat day.The evening before, we'll gather virtually for a guided group breathwork session - a chance to connect, settle your nervous system, and begin setting intentions for the experience ahead. On retreat day, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and gently turn inward.
